Resolution:
Close all but one Salesforce tab/window (if the Natterbox webphone window is open, please close it).
From the remaining Salesforce tab, log out of Salesforce and close this tab.
Clear out the browser cache, cookies, and history for ALL TIME.
Open a new browser window, navigate to your Salesforce login, and log in successfully.
Open a new browser tab and log into Flightdeck.
Admins: Creating a new read-only wallboard link may also resolve this issue if multiple agents are having login issues.
