6. Admin Home

Introduction to the Admin Home tab

This is a tab found within the Natterbox AVS Lighting app. You can search for the app or the tab name in the app launcher:

or if you are in the Natterbox app already, you will see it at the top:

There are 4 main sections of the admin home tab:

• Monitoring: Here you can provide recording access ( with the appropriate licenses in place), search through event and error logs if needed as well as ensure the appropriate scheduled jobs are running.

We will turn on the appropriate jobs when the system is deployed and we recommend never turning them off unless our support team advises it.

• Licensing: Here you can review your license subscription.

If you purchase new licenses, click on “reload subscriptions” on the top right of this panel to update your license count and make them available for use. 

• Overview - Summary of Assets: Here you will see all your assets listed like users, phone numbers, devices etc.
• Support: “Grant Login Access” - This is a shortcut to give Natterbox access to your org. It is also referred to as “giving subscriber access”.
