This section displays the subscriptions that have been agreed with Natterbox, which are synchronized with the back end to display exactly which licenses the system has configured for the organization. If an option is Disabled, the service has not been provisioned. These are not clickable links - only reflections of what the back end has provisioned.
Numbers - this is the number of numbers available to be provisioned within the Phone Numbers tab.
Cloud PBX - each user that uses Natterbox for telephony (as opposed to one that might be administration only) needs one of these licenses, including all non-Salesforce users (these are automatically assigned an available license on creation - if there are no license available, they cannot be created). It enables the use of the global telephony system, with features such as a user specific web phone and voicemail. These users are those listed in the Natterbox Users tab.
Contact Center - this is enabled for an organization when at least one license is provisioned. Once enabled, the number of licenses that have been provisioned are displayed, showing how many users can utilize Contact Center features such as Availability.
Record - this is enabled for an organization when at least one license is provisioned. Once enabled, the number of licenses that have been provisioned are displayed, showing how many users can utilize call recording functionality.
CTI - this is replaced by the Freedom licence
Freedom - This grants access to the Freedom interface
Global Calls - this confirms that calls that can be made from anywhere in the world, to anywhere in the world.
Insight - this grants access to the Natterbox call transcription and analytics product
Personalised SMS - this enables the SMS channel type.
Managing Subscriptions
The Reload Subscriptions button to refresh the subscription data from the back end if a request has been made to change any of these.
The Manage User Licenses button to navigate to the Licenses page, where individual users can be assigned different licenses.
Trial Subscription
If the version of Natterbox is a free trial version, it will have an expiry date. This is clearly displayed within this section. If this date is reached and a license has not been provisioned for Natterbox, the app will no longer be accessible. Should this happen, please contact Natterbox to agree on provisioning. Once a full license has been enabled, the app will automatically be available again.
Often displayed with the Trial Version Expiration Date is a note stating that this is a temporary default subscription. If specific service licenses have not been provisioned (the norm for trial versions of the app) then a default set of subscription licenses will be applied.
