With Natterbox AI, the Natterbox permission sets are pertinent to the various roles that users may hold. Currently, there are two licenses required to access the complete features of Natterbox AI: Insight (for call transcription) and AI Prompt Studio (for executing AI prompts).

Permission Sets
There are three Natterbox permission sets and these are usually managed on the Natterbox User via the ‘Permission Level’ field. When the value is updated from Basic to Team Leader, the ‘NBVC TeamLeader PermissionSet’ is added to the Salesforce User. This is the same for removing permissions as well. You can choose to manage Natterbox permissions solely in Salesforce by checking the box ‘Permissions Level management via Salesforce’ on the Account Settings page.
You can check the permission of a user in two ways:
In Salesforce Setup
Navigate to Administration > Users > Users, then click the name of the affected user to open the user record.
In the Permission Set Assignments section, make sure the user is assigned the permissions set NBVC Administrator Permission Set.
Head to the Natterbox Users tab
Search for the desired user in the search bar
Click on the Natterbox User’s name
Check the ‘Permission Level’
If you are looking at checking multiple users’ permission levels, you could create a report using the Natterbox User report type.

Please note: the licences mentioned below are also required in addition to the permission sets in this table.
Group Administrators
If a user needs Insight access for a certain group, they can be added as a Group Administrator and then checking ‘Allow Insight Access’.
You will also see “All Members” shown in this group. Unless you want all members of the group to be able to see each other’s Insights, leave this box unchecked.

Insight License
In order to access the Insight pages and/or transcribe your calls, you will also need to ensure your user has been provided with an Insight license.
AI Prompt Studio License
In order to run prompts against a call and/or write prompts, you will need to ensure your used has been provided with an AI Prompt Studio license.
