2. Permissions

There are two main places for permissions with Natterbox.

1. The Natterbox permission sets on the Salesforce User
   

2. The dropdown on the Natterbox User

We recommend that you only change the dropdown on the Natterbox User. This will sync the permissions on the Salesforce User.
