Salesforce Hyperforce Migration

A number of customers are receiving information from Salesforce detailing their migration to Hyperforce. We would like to assure you that migrating to Hyperforce will not affect the integration between your Salesforce instance and the Natterbox Platform.

While we are an Open CTI / Salesforce Service Cloud Voice vendor, we are also a Salesforce embedded telecoms provider that makes use of Salesforce data to enhance the caller journey. 

As such, we make use of direct connections to the Salesforce infrastructure to ensure that traffic is reliable and secure.

Natterbox can utilise the Salesforce Express Connect (SEC) network layer connections, however this is optional. We normally use PacketFabric and Megaport, depending on location. Regardless of connection method, all traffic is encrypted using secure HTTPS. 

Ultimately, the fact that we can use Salesforce Express Connect (SEC) will not prevent anyone from moving to Hyperforce as in this instance we will default to using the public internet.
